Up way too late

Before I go to bed, yes, at 2am, I just wanted to ask....
If Jimmy cracks corn and no one cares, why is there a song about him?

BTW, I was up so late because I was working on this. It was a pain in the *bleep*, but I think it turned out ok. Not sure this altering phase is for me. Way too much frustration.
